These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 111taya platform, including all games, betting services, and account features. By registering or using 111taya, you agree to be bound by these terms.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are ineligible to register or use 111taya:
3.4 Single Account. Each eligible person may hold only one (1) 111taya account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
4.1 To access real-money features of 111taya, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address.
4.2 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at the Operator's discretion in connection with deposits or account review, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification. Accepted Philippine IDs include the PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, and PRC ID. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify identity, source of funds, or compliance with applicable regulations.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 111taya immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. The Operator is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
4.4 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where the registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, and to retain any funds pending investigation of potential fraud or terms violations.
5.1 Deposits. 111taya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC-20), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the account or to verified accounts in the Player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one business day. USDT withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes subject to network conditions. Processing times are indicative and may be extended for security or compliance reviews.
5.4 The Operator does not accept cash deposits or payments made on behalf of a Player by a third party. Any such deposits identified by the Operator may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on 111taya are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Players depositing via USDT will have their deposit converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.
6.1 All games available on 111taya use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the respective game and the standards of the live casino provider.
6.2 Once a wager has been placed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and binding. Players may not cancel, amend, or retract a placed bet except where the Platform explicitly permits pre-match bet cancellation in its sports betting section.
6.3 The Operator reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a manifest error in the odds, game configuration, or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.

6.5 Sports Betting. In-play betting on PBA, NBA, UFC, football, and other supported sports is subject to the specific rules of the 111taya sportsbook. Results are determined by the official result of the relevant governing body.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available on 111taya are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds requirements, published alongside each offer.
7.2 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
7.3 The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to disqualify any Player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of promotion terms.
7.4 Players who create multiple accounts or use other methods to abuse bonus programs will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, low-risk bet exploitation, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, and collusion.
7.5 The Operator may refuse to issue a bonus or withdraw a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Player is not a genuine player, has provided false information, or is otherwise ineligible.
8.1 Players must use 111taya for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 The Operator employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring tools. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the Operator may immediately suspend the account, void affected bets and winnings, and retain funds pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

9.2 The Operator will give effect to any self-exclusion request without delay. During any self-exclusion period, the excluded account cannot be used for gambling. Reinstatement following a self-exclusion period requires a formal request and a cooling-off period as determined by the Operator.
9.3 21+ Age Restriction. 111taya strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement under PAGCOR regulations. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts where the Player is found to be under the age of 21.

10.1 All content on the 111taya Platform — including but not limited to the 111taya brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. No licence is granted to copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
10.3 You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 111taya Platform.
11.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Players is governed by the 111taya Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction herewith.
11.2 By registering a 111taya account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and account management.
11.3 111taya complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR data handling requirements.
12.1 The 111taya Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Whilst the Operator takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous service availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.3 In all cases, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money funds held in that Player's 111taya account at the time the claim arises.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
13.1 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, is the subject of a regulatory investigation, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the 111taya support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding security or compliance checks.
13.3 The Operator shall not be obligated to return bonus funds held in a closed or suspended account unless the suspension is determined to be without valid cause following a formal dispute resolution process.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and the Operator, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally through 111taya's customer support channels. 14.3 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
15.1 The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. By continuing to use 111taya after any amendment takes effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
